I have package sent to Washington. They have arrived in good condition. On time . And the employees are so nice and friendly to me eveytime I come there. This make my grand babies who receive these packages happy and that makes me a very happy mamaw. Keep up the great work!

We made it with only a few seconds to spare until closing time and they were still open and greeted us with open arms. Our satellite box was fried due to electrical surge from lightning. Only way to get a replacement was to take it to the UPS store. Closest one is and hour and ten minutes from our house. We would have had to wait another week if we didn't turn it in today. So glad these people were still working hard on a Saturday at 5pm!

Best managed UPS I’ve been to and great management overall in general. Always quick and efficient, in and out. Always well staffed and friendly. Highly recommended if you are in the area and need something.

I stopped by to use this store to return a bad.modem to att. It's been a real pain trying to find a location locally that accepted the att provided box for this return so I decided to try the alternative and just bring it in unboxed. I was in and out in under a minute. Very fast and friendly service here.

Weren't able to ship my package because it wasn't a corporate store, but the team was very helpful in directing me to the right location. They even helped tape up my large box so I didn't have to keep struggling with it.
